Star Towing
has the right to refuse admittance to anyone. Must be 18 years of age to
buy a bidder number.
Auction Rules:
1. Must be 18 yrs of age with valid I.D. that includes address. $100
deposit required.
2. If you are the highest bidder of that vehicle you have to place an
additional $100 deposit.
3. No refunds without receipts.
4. No refunds until auction is complete. Refunds must be picked up by
3:00pm on day of auction or you forfeit your deposit.
5. Cars must be paid for by 3:00pm on day of auction or you forfeit the
vehicle and your deposit.
6. Cars must be picked up by 5:00pm the next day.
Notice: All cars sold at auction are lien cars. The vehicles are sold as
is where is. Start Towing does not guarantee smog, salvage or running
condition of these cars. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Cars that are $1,000.00 or less will have a $60.00 bidder fee. Cars that
are $1,001.00 or more will have a $80.00 bidder fee. All cars that have
keys there is a $20.00 key charge.
Any cars that are not picked up the following day by 5:00pm will have a
$50.00 storage fee added per day.
Visitors must be 18 yrs of age with ID. No one under 18 yrs will be
allowed in.. for safety reasons.
